Jaipur: After the last nearly 3 decades, Congress will once again appoint a Coordinator (Coordinator) to strengthen the party. Coordinator will be appointed from district level to the state level, where former Prime Minister late Rajiv Gandhi appointed the Coordinator at the district level to strengthen the Congress, but later this system was abolished. Now Congress is once again preparing to adopt the Rajiv Gandhi model.

The job of the Coordinator will be to prepare new active workers for the party and to organize programs by making regular arrangements with the District and State Congress Committees. Along with this, in the areas or castes where the party's hold is getting weaker, these coordinators will also work to connect influential people with Congress. On the advice of Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot, Congress is preparing to start the coordinator tradition once again. Gehlot had suggested to the then President Rahul Gandhi about this while being the General Secretary of the National Organization of the Congress, but it is now being implemented.

The purpose of this training will be communicated to Congressmen on the ideology, history and national level issues of the party. The kind of conduct that legislators and other public representatives should practice in public life will be told. Along with senior party leaders, experts from various disciplines will be involved in the training camps.
