New Delhi: The danger of a Corona epidemic is increasing rapidly once again. According to the data released by the Union Health Ministry on Wednesday morning, 4435 cases of corona have been registered in the last 24 hours. With this, the number of active patients in the country has crossed 23,000. Right now, 23,091 patients are being treated in various hospitals around the country. In the last 24 hours, 15 patients have died. In this, 4–6 patients from Kerala and Maharashtra have also come. At the same time, Chhattisgarh, Delhi, Gujarat, Haryana, Karnataka, Odisha, and Punjab have given information about the death of one patient each.

The government has also gone on alert amid the increasing number of Corona patients. Preparations are being reviewed in the hospitals. People are also being encouraged to take precautions. People are being asked to wear masks in public places and keep a physical distance. Before that, 3641 new cases of Kovid infection were found in a span of 24 hours on Tuesday. Eleven more people had died from the epidemic. Then five people died in Kerala, three in Maharashtra, and one each in Delhi, Karnataka, and Rajasthan due to the infection.

On the other hand, Union Health Minister Mansukh Mandaviya said on Monday that due to the sub-variant of Omicron in the country, the number of hospitalised patients has not increased and there is no need to worry. The minister said that there is a need to be vigilant.
