New Delhi: In the last 24 hours, 7,584 new cases of corona have been found in India. 4.8 percent more cases were found in the country than yesterday. So far, 4,32,05,106 cases of corona infection have been reported in India. Maharashtra and Kerala have the highest number of cases in the country. Talking about the 5 most infected states, the maximum number of 2813 cases were found in Maharashtra, 2193 in Kerala, 622 in Delhi, 471 in Karnataka and 348 in Haryana. Of the total cases consumed in the country, 85 percent have been found in these 5 states. Whereas 37.09 percent cases have been found in Maharashtra alone.

In the last 24 hours, 24 people have died due to corona. Whereas only 8 people died a day before this. So far 5,24,747 people have lost their lives due to the pandemic in India. The recovery rate in India has gone up to 98.7 percent. In the last 24 hours, 3,791 patients were cured of corona. So far, 4,26,44,092 people have become healthy from Corona in the country. Active cases have increased to 36,267. Active cases increased by 3,769 in the last 24 hours.

In view of the increasing cases of corona in India, the central government has asked the states to be alert. On Thursday also, more than 7 thousand cases were reported in the country. A letter has been written on behalf of the Union Health Secretary to all the states of the country. In the letter, it has also been asked to follow the rules of Corona and to do testing and tracing. On Thursday, out of 7240 cases of corona, 81 percent cases were found in only 4 states of Maharashtra, Kerala, Delhi and Karnataka.
