In the national capital, the cases of covid are on the rise. In the last 24 hours, 23,686 new cases have been registered in the capital. Talking about the death figures, a record 240 people died of covid today. The positivity rate has come down to around 26 percent in the last 24 hours. The number of active cases in the state has gone up to about 77,000, the highest ever.

The Health Ministry has raised the recovery rate to 89.82 percent, active patients at 8.76 percent, the death rate at 1.41 percent, positivity at 26.12 percent. In the last 24 hours, 23,686 new cases have been registered in Delhi. After this, the total number of cases in the state has gone up to 8 lakh 77 thousand 146.

It has been learned that the number of patients recovered in the state in the last 24 hours is 21,5007. The total number of patients recovered so far is 7 lakh 87 thousand 898. The death toll in the state has gone up to 12,361 today. The covid investigation in Delhi has also been increased. 90,696 tests were conducted in the last 24 hours. With this, a total of 1.63 crores 18 thousand 706 people have been tested in Delhi so far.

Lockdown in Delhi: According to reports, the situation in Delhi has become very serious due to the infection caused by the covid virus. In view of this, CM Arvind Kejriwal has ordered a lockdown in Delhi by next Monday morning. The lockdown will take effect from 10 pm tonight. It has also decided what will remain open and to whom concessions will be given during this period.
