Mumbai: The corona epidemic has created havoc not only in the country but all over the world, meanwhile, in view of the negligence of people not to mask the speeding corona cases in Maharashtra, the Central Railway has launched a very unique campaign on recycling day, which is called the 'Plastic Lao, Mask Pao’ campaign. The campaign has been launched at some major stations including Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus, Dadar, Bhayala in Mumbai.

The chief public relations of Central Railway, Shivaji Sutar said that on the occasion of recycling day, the railway's campaign aims to create awareness among the public to collect and recycle plastic waste. Not only that, through this campaign, it is also to explain the importance of masks to those who are not getting serious even after the growing corona cases and are putting their lives in peril without any masks.

It is also an attempt to tell the people of the railways through this campaign that it is very necessary to wear masks to prevent the spread of corona. Under this campaign, railways have installed stalls at crowded stations. Any passenger can get a variety of plastics, including plastic wastes such as bottles, polythene bags, and masks in return. The railway's campaign also includes the United Nations Development Festival, several other organizations including the BMC. As senior railway officials, the campaign will continue for one month and the passengers of Central Railway can participate in it.
