The impact of Covid's havoc on the Ashes series as well as the Big Bash League in Australia is steadily increasing. In the Big Bash League, 19 people, including 11 players, have been hit by covid. England coach Chris Silverwood, playing the Ashes series, has been infected with corona. Now the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) has also issued orders to six of its players playing in the Big Bash to return from Australia. Six England players have been asked to go home early to become isolets before the national team tour of the West Indies.
