New Delhi: Covid-19 vaccination will start in India from January 16. The figure of the infections in the country has also started declining. On the last day also, India had fewer cases than Brazil, Britain, Russia, South Africa, France, Italy, Germany. On the third day, less than 19 thousand new Covid-19 cases came. In the last 24 hours, 18,645 new infected patients have arrived, 201 people died from the corona. The good thing is that on the last day, 19,299 patients have also been healthy from Covid-19.

According to the latest health ministry data, the total cases of Covid-19 in India have risen to 1 crore 4 lakh 50 thousand. Out of these, one lakh 51 thousand persons have lost their lives so far. The total active cases came down to 2 lakh 23 thousand. So far, a total of one crore 75 thousand people have become healthier than Covid-19.

According to the Indian Council of Medical Research, a total of 18 crore 10 lakh corona samples were tested for Covid-19 till 9th January, out of which 8. 43 lakh samples were examined yesterday. It is a matter of relief that the mortality rate and the rate of active cases are continuously declining. Mortality rate from Covid-19 in the country 1. 45% while the recovery rate is more than 96%. Active cases is 2.15%. In Maharashtra, the death toll from Covid-19 crossed the figure of 50,000. The health officials reminded that two cases of corona were reported before Pune on 9th March, 2020. Thus, the figure of deaths from Covid-19 in the state is just below 51,874 deaths in Spain and above 45,431 deaths in Colombia.
