Kullu: A sudden fire breaks out in a two and a half storey house in Seubagh, Churudu, 4 km away from District Headquarter Kullu. Heavy damage is being feared by the late evening fire. On the spot, the fire brigade team was able to extinguish the flames but could not be controlled. A sudden fire engulfed a house in the Churudu in Seubagh late in the evening. After which the local people informed the fire department and all the people gathered together and tried to control the fire. The villagers tried to extinguish the fire but then the fire had taken a fiery form. After which the team of the Fire Ministry reached the spot but by then everything was burnt to ashes.
According to information received, fire department official Durga Singh said that the fire started in the house of Atul Bhagirath. For which 2 vehicles were transported to the site from Patlikuplough and two Kullu. The fire is likely to cause damage of crores of rupees.
Valuables including license revolvers in the house, about 25 Tola gold, Godrej cupboard, five double bed, one single bed, all clothes and kitchen items, gas cylinder four, and four TVs, two fridges, projector, sofa set, table, two laptops, one desktop, have been burnt to ashes.
