To avail the benefits of Ayushman Bharat Yojana, you must first go to its official website https://www.pmjay.gov.in/ and check your name. With which you will get all the information easily. As soon as the page opens, a link will appear on the top right. This link will be of Am I Eligible. Now click on this link. By clicking on this link, a new page will open, in which some of your information will be asked. Here you have to fill a captcha code with your mobile number. After giving this information, you click on the option of OTP.
After completing this process you will get the OTP code. This code will be received by your registered mobile number. After filling this OTP, you have to click on submit. After which you will have the option to choose the state. After this, you will see some categories. You select the category in which you want to check your name. There will be options for name, HHD number, ration card, and mobile number. If you click on one of these, you will know that you are included in the Ayushman Bharat scheme or not.
