New Delhi: New corona cases are on the rise in Delhi. After about two and a half months, more than 600 cases of covid have been seen in a day. On Thursday, 607 new cases of covid were reported and the infection rate has also risen to 0.76%. Earlier on 6th January, 654 cases were reported.

One patient has lost his life in the disease. In 1 day, 80 thousand 253 people were screened for covid-19. With this, the corona recovery rate has come down to about 97.86%. The figure for active patients has increased to 2 thousand 924. According to the Delhi government report released on Thursday, there have been 384 more patients in 1 day.

So far, so many people have been infected in Delhi: There has been a continuous increase in the number of corona patients due to the decrease in the number of patients who are healthy compared to new cases for several days. According to the report, so far 6 lakh 45 thousand 632 people have become infected with coronavirus in Delhi, and out of these, 6 lakh 31 thousand 759 people have beaten the coronavirus and returns to their homes.

Increased number of hotspot zones: The total mortality rate from covid in Delhi is 1.0%. Out of a total of 5711 beds of Delhi's covid Hospital, 4917 beds are vacant. Currently, 794 patients are undergoing treatment in Delhi Hospitals and 1519 in home isolation. The number of patients in the hospital and home isolation has been increasing steadily. The figure for the hotspot zone has increased to 647.
