New Delhi: Farmers continue to protest on delhi's borders against the agricultural laws brought by the Centre. On the other hand, corona cases are once again increasing in the country. However, it is undeniable that even farmers are at risk of corona. Meanwhile, Indian Farmers Union Rakesh Tikat has demanded that farmers be vaccinated at the agitation site.
Talking to media on the threat of corona at the agitation site, farmer leader Rakesh Tikat said, "If the corona cases are on the rise, their guidelines should be followed, the people who are sitting at the movement sites should also be immunized. At movement sites we are following the physical distance. I will also vaccinate the farmers who come to the Dharna site.
On the rising corona case, Tikkat told the media, referring to the inmates in prisons, "the messages of the families of the inmates in the prison are coming up that our issue should also be raised. If the prison is quite crowded, the guidelines of the corona should be followed. The prisoner sleeps touched each other, so crowded. Prisons should also follow physical distance. The corona will not allow the movement to end, making the tents bigger. The movement will last long."
