Dehradun: Another special officer (OSD) of state CM Trivendra Singh Rawat, Urba Dutt Bhatt, has tested positive for COVID-19. His wife also tested positive for COVID-19. Sri Mahant is admitted to Indresh Hospital for both treatments. Urba Dutt has confirmed his COVID-19 report to be positive. He told that he got a complaint of COVID-19 on Tuesday. A person in his wife's office had symptoms of COVID-19.

He then showed signs of infection and COVID-19. The virus was confirmed on conducting the test. His wife is admitted in ICU. She is also undergoing treatment in the hospital. Before Urba, two other OSDs of the CM and Economic and IT Advisor have been hit by COVID-19. Education Secretary R Meenakshi Sundaram's report COVID-19 is positive. This type of news is becoming viral in social media. It has been told that there has been a ruckus in the department. However, even after trying in this regard, education secretary has not been able to contact.

Also, two lecturers in education secretary SCERT were recently found to be COVID-19 positive. Subsequently, teachers and departmental officers were ordered to work from home. This was the reason that in view of the growing crisis of infection from the department, the counseling of more than 1200 teachers who got promotion to the post of lecturer was canceled. It has now been said that Education Secretary R Meenakshi Sundaram is also COVID-19 positive. With this, complete security is being taken.
