This state is on top of the number of infected. So far 12 people have died in Maharashtra alone from Corona while around 400 people are infected.

According to media reports, a woman has died due to coronavirus in Dombivali area adjoining Mumbai on Wednesday morning. This woman returned from Australia on 11 March. From 25 March, the woman's health began to deteriorate. The woman was earlier admitted to a nearby hospital where, after investigation, doctors advised her to go to Kasturba Hospital. But the lady did not go to Kasturba and returned home again.

After the news of the death of the woman, the people of the health department of KDMC (Kalyan-Dobinwali Mahanagar Palika) have captured her body. Her husband, sister and a boy were living in the house with the woman. All are kept in quarantine. The matter is currently being investigated.
