Shimla: The outbreak of Corona, which is being increased suddenly, has been taking the form of an epidemic for the whole world today. By the time this virus is caught, there have been more than 19000 deaths so far. But still this death game has not stopped. This virus has rocked the whole world today.  As many as 3226 panchayats in Himachal have been issued orders to give masks and sanitizers to the villagers in their respective areas, but so far it is still on paper. The government has issued orders to every panchayat to purchase sanitizer and mask under the 14th Finance Commission to prevent corona virus, but these are not available in the market. The second thing is that even if they are available somewhere, panchayat representatives are feeling helpless in bringing them amid curfew. Movement on the roads is closed, the police are not even letting people burst on the roads if curfew is not passed.

Sources said that after the order was issued by the government, pressure has increased on the representatives of the panchayat representatives to arrange sanitizers and masks. The panchayat head and secretary are unable to do anything in this matter. It is also being said that there is no clear order from the Block Development Officers to the Panchayats as to how to spend the money of the 14th Finance Commission. How and what company to go for sanitizer and mask.

It has been learned that in this regard, Joint Director of Panchayati Raj Department Keval Sharma told that the panchayats have orders to purchase sanitizers and masks. Kullu and many other districts have started this purchase. Orders have been issued to the Block Development Officers in this regard. The supply is over due to curfew. This will ensure how it will be possible.
