According to a report by the Daily Star, this incident took place on Rosario Island in Colombia. Another couple can be seen at a close distance, and children are visible in the water just a few meters away. The identity of the couple engaging in inappropriate behavior has not been revealed. However, local residents are demanding action against them. Commenting on the video on social media, one user said, "Why hasn't anyone filed a complaint against them? It's shameful that they weren't confronted."

Another social media user commented, "Respect and decency seem to be a thing of the past; these actions are reprehensible." A third user remarked, "You can see that there are children there." Yet, another user questioned, "Why did no one say anything? Maybe they were enjoying it too much."

Some individuals took a different perspective and defended the local residents. They stated, "They always show us images of war, so why not love? The world wants more love and less war."

This is not the first such incident, as many couples have been caught engaging in similar activities before. In Colombia, engaging in 'sexual acts that create discomfort for the community' can result in a fine of over COP 600,000 (approximately $11,000).
