Assistant Government Advocate Ramautar Saini said that despite the issuance of the non-bailable warrant during the hearing on Wednesday, MP Azam Khan, his wife MLA Dr. Tajin Fatma and Abdullah Azam did not appear. The court has ordered to issue the notice under section 82. The next hearing of this case can be held on January 24.
