New Delhi: The debate over corona deaths has been going on for the past several months and now it seems to be coming to an end soon. In fact, in the case of corona infection death, the Central Government has now issued a new guideline following the orders issued by the Supreme Court to the Central Government to issue death certificates and simplify the guidelines.
Let me tell you that ICMR has issued its guidelines for the release of official documents in corona death cases as per the Supreme Court order. On the other hand, the Central Government has filed an affidavit in the Supreme Court stating that the Office of the Registrar General of the country had issued a circular on September 3 to issue medical certificates to the next of kin of the deceased along with the cause of death.
At the same time, the Supreme Court also said, "New guidelines have been issued by the Central Government following the June 30 verdict in Repac Kansal vs. Government of India and other cases.'' In fact, it has been clarified by the Central Government that corona infection has also involved cases that are detected by RT-PCR investigation, boiler test, rapid antigen test, or any hospital examination.
