Veteran shooter Bindra was addressing the newly appointed Assistant Directors of Sports Authority of India (SAI) and other senior officials during a special online session on Monday.

Bindra said that the sports administrators need to work towards preparing alternative skill development programs to ensure better players' status in the long run.
