Cricket Australia's Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Kevin Roberts has acknowledged that the ICC T20 World Cup to be held this year is risky. Robtar told reporters via video call on Friday, 'Obviously we are all expecting the tournament to be according to its scheduled schedule in October-November, but it is quite risky. If the event does not happen, then there is a possible window in February-March or October-November next year.

The T20 World Cup is scheduled to be held in Australia from 18 October to 15 November this year, but due to the earthquake in the cricket calendar due to Coronavirus, the tournament is facing a crisis. However, the Robbers made it clear that the final decision on this has to be taken by the International Cricket Council (ICC).
