In this case, it is being reported that the accused, who works in a private firm in Roha, had been having an affair with his married aunt for more than two years. At the same time, aunt (Mausi) was a nurse by profession and was married twice. In this case, both the accused and the victim were residents of the same village in Roha. The two were having a fight at the moment. Amidst all this, on Sunday afternoon, the accused took the victim on a bike to a hilly area of Adgal village in Nagothane. Here the two got into a fight and in a fit of rage, he killed the victim by hitting her with a stone on the head.

Later, the accused got down and took out petrol from his bike and then burnt the body. It is being told that all this was seen by a nearby watchman, he saw something suspicious, then he took pictures of the accused and his bike. He then reported it to the police. With the help of pictures, the police traced the accused and arrested him.
