Nowadays cases of rising crime are creating a sensation for all. One such case has recently come to light from Sultanpur. In this case, a man has absconded with his girlfriend after giving three talaq to his wife in The Ibrahimpur village of Baldirai police station area and now the police have registered a case against the accused husband under the Protection of Muslim Women's Rights and Protection of Juvenile Justice Act and also initiated an inquiry into the matter.
According to information received in the case, Rabiya Bano, a resident of Ibrahimpur village in Baldirai police station area, has filed a case against her husband Makdoom Sut Maqbool. The victim lived in her mother's house and the husband was a driver and living together. The woman now alleges that "since marriage, the husband often drink alcohol and abused and threatened to get married by divorce." Now husband Makdoom divorced him and escaped with Nazia wife Munna, who lives in Ibrahimpur.
The accused have also been charged with co-operating in the case against Gemini and Farooq resident District Bareilly. In this case, the victim has filed a report at the Baldirai police station for filing a case against her husband and the police has registered a case in this regard and initiated an inquiry.
