CHANDIGARH: Corona did not stop around the world due to which the government has taken a new step, where a lockdown order has been issued across the country, appealing people to stay in their homes, but the practice is still complete in many places. On the opening of the bank on Monday, there were long queues of people outside the banks to withdraw money. People standing in queues did not even keep distance from each other. Due to the 31 March deadline for depositing fees for the test for recruitment of ETT and B.Ed in Jalalabad, there was a crowd of youth outside the bank.

According to the information received, the Punjab government had announced to fill 1600 posts of ETT and about 3000 posts for B.Ed. The government had fixed the 31 March deadline for its test. After opening the bank on Monday, a large number of students reached PNB. Students' fees were not deposited in the bank. On the other hand, Amatjit Kamboj, the head of the state of the ETT Tate Pass Union, says that either the government should provide the facility of depositing the fees online or the date should be extended. SDM Keshav Goyal said that he has ordered students and people to enter the bank by keeping distance from themselves and others.

Abohar: Crowds of customers gathered as soon as the bank opened: During the lockdown, the government opened the banks for the next two days from Monday to 10 am to 4 pm. As soon as this information was received, long lines of money-takers outside banks started. Most of the lines outside the main branch of SBI and Punjab National Bank located at street number 4 were elderly, widows and the needy. During this, social distance was taken care of. The bank staff allowed the consumers to go in one by one. About 81-year-old Sheila Rani, resident of Anand Nagar, who reached for pension, told that she had come to PNB in the morning.
