The Narcotics Control Bureau has busted a drugs party on a cruise ship from Mumbai to Goa last Saturday. As soon as the party is revealed, the shocking secrets are coming out. Recently, NCB chief SN Pradhan has said, "We will conduct an impartial inquiry and if relations with a celebrity or rich people come to light, we don't care.
