Chief Minister Vijay Rupani and Deputy Chief Minister Nitin Patel held a meeting with the core committee on Tuesday. It was decided to impose curfew in the sensitive areas of Corona infection in the Danilimada and Kot extension areas of Ahmedabad.

In his statement, Chief Minister Vijay Rupani said that there are more than 350 coronavirus positive cases in Ahmedabad. This means that more than 50% of the cases in Gujarat are from Ahmedabad and in particular the cases are from the walled city and Dani Limda area. We have decided to focus on these areas to prevent the spread of Corona. Curfew will be imposed in Dani Limda, Jamalpur and Dariapur from 6 am to 6 am on April 21. Curfew will be lifted daily at 1-4 pm, but only women of these areas will be given freedom.
