Ingredients for making curry leaf chutney:-
1/4 cup pressed curry leaves
1 tsp oil
1/2 cup chopped fresh coconut
1 tsp urad dal
1/2 tbsp gram dal
1 green chilli, chopped
1 tsp ginger, chopped
1 tsp tamarind paste
4 tbsp water
1/2 tsp salt or according to taste


For the tadka:-
1 tsp oil
1/4 tsp rye
1/4 tsp urad dal
1/4 tsp cumin seeds
1 dry red chilli, in two pieces
pinch of hemp

 

Method of making curry leaf chutney- First of all, wash the curry address with plain water, place them on top of a kitchen napkin and dry well. After this, heat 1 tsp oil on a low flame in a small pan/pan. Add chana dal and urad dal and fry them till they are lightly golden. Now add the cleaned curry leaves after this. Now fry the curry leaves for about 2-3 minutes until completely dry. Turn off the gas and put them on a plate. Let them cool for 4-5 minutes. After this, you can put all the cooled ingredients in the chutney jar of the grinder with a crispy coconut, chopped ginger, green chillies, tamarind paste and salt.

Now grind them all until it is medium. After that, add about 4 tablespoons of water to it and grind again until it is a soft and thick paste. Now take him out in a serving bowl. Now after this, heat the remaining 1 tsp oil on a medium flame in a small fry pan. Put mustard in it; When they start to burst, add urad dal to it and fry until golden brown. Then add cumin, asafoetida and dry red chillies to it, fry them for 30-40 seconds. Now turn off the gas and put the mixture in the chutney made. Take curry leaf chutneys ready to be served.
