If today you are thinking about making something special and do not understand anything, then you can make tomato salsa. It's easy to make and tasty to eat. Let's know how to make it.

Ingredients for making tomato salsa-
2 medium red-cooked tomatoes, chopped (about 1/2 lb, 200 g)
1/4 cup chopped fresh coriander leaves
1/4 cup chopped onions in square pieces
1 green chilli, chopped (or according to taste)
1 garlic bud
1/4 tsp crushed cumin seeds (cumin powder)
A pinch of sugar (optional)
Salt, according to taste
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

Method of making tomato salsa- First of all cut the tomatoes in half. At the same time, if you like thick salsa, remove the seeds and juice from the chopped tomatoes and then cut them into large pieces. After this, use the extracted seeds and juices to make a vegetable or smoothie or any other drink. After this, cut the onion and coriander leaves. Remove the seeds from the green chillies and cut them into 4 pieces. Now finely chop the garlic bud. Then add square pieces of onion, garlic and green chillies to a jar of a food processor or in the chopping bowl of the blender. Now add tomato pieces and coriander leaves to it. After this, add crushed cumin seeds, a pinch of sugar and salt. Put lemon juice on top of it. Now grind them medium. You can grind them to make salsa to your liking – lightly hard or medium knotty. Take tomato salsa ready. Now remove it in a bowl and keep it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving to enhance the taste.
