This video is of the premises of Srirangam Temple, the largest temple of Sanatan Dharma. Srirangam is called Thiruvarangam in Tamil. This temple is in the city of Tiruchirapalli in Tamil Nadu and Lord Brahma, Vishnu and Mahesh are worshipped in this temple.
