Hyundai Motor India announces to create a Relief Task Force for Cyclonic Yaas sufferers. The company is going to support its customers affected by Cyclone in the states of Odisha, West Bengal and Jharkhand.

The automaker in it’s service for Relief Work will provide a free-of-cost emergency roadside assistance facility to the Hyundai vehicles damaged due to cyclonic storm. Additionally, it is also offering a 50 per cent discount on the depreciation amount of insurance claims for flood-affected vehicles. Hyundai Motor India Sales, Marketing and Service Director Tarun Garg said “Taking inspiration from our global vision – ‘Progress for Humanity’, we are committed to make efforts for the betterment of societies and communities. Further, as a responsible and caring brand, we take responsibility towards our customers’ vehicle ownership journey by aiming to provide the best of service assistance at all times.” Further, in his statement, he said “Cyclone Yaas has once again tested the resilience of fellow Indian citizens. Our relief teams will make efforts to ensure uninterrupted mobility for customers affected offering them ‘Peace of Mind’ during this difficult period.” The company has always come up for it’s customer, like earlier this month, the automaker had formed a similar Relief Task Force to assist Cyclone Tauktae-affected customers in Gujarat, Goa, and parts of Maharashtra and Rajasthan.

Initially, Hyundai Motor India has already extended the vehicle warranty and free service by two months for the customers. The company did this noble thing for customers who are unable to avail these benefits due to lockdown imposed in their cities in the wake of the second wave of the Covid-19 pandemic.
