Method of preparation - Firstly, to make yogurt shoulas, first cut the capsicum, carrot, green chilli and green coriander leaves finely and after that take out the curd in a big bowl and grate the paneer in it. Now add finely chopped capsicum, carrot, coriander and green chillies, black pepper and salt as per taste. By the way, if there is no black pepper powder, then you can also add eight to ten black pepper. After this take refined flour and make a thin solution by adding a little water according to your style. Keep in mind that kernels are not formed in this solution.
Now take bread and cut it with the help of knife. Now after this, take a sliced bread and roll it with the help of a rolling pin. After this, place a table spoon cheese stuffing on the rolled bread and roll it out by adding a mixture of fine flour on the edges of the bread. Now to make the edges of the bread sticking well, roll the bread roll on a polythene sheet and roll it again. After this, while pressing both the sides of the roll lightly, fold it in opposite direction of each other. Now the curd balls will stick well. Now take out the bread rolls from a polythene sheet and keep them in a plate and similarly prepare all the curd sholles. After this, put a pan in the gas and add oil to it and let it heat up.
Now when the oil is hot, add prepared sholay in it and fry the sholas till they turn golden brown. Now it takes four to five minutes to fry the sholas. After this, take out these fried yogurt shawls in a plate. Now, always medium-high hot oil for frying the curd. Now if the oil is slightly hot, then it will take more time to fry the yogurt shells and at the same time the stuffing of curd can come out from the frying rolls. At the same time, if the oil gets hot, the bread will fry quickly and will not become crispy. The hot curd balls are ready.
