Ingredients Required:
Urad Dal - 1 bowl (soaked in water overnight)
Curd - 1 bowl (add water or milk, dilute the curd and beat it well)
Ground cumin - 3 small spoon
Black salt - 1 small spoon
Red chilli powder - 1 small spoon
Chaat masala - 1 small spoon
Tamarind Chutney - As Per Taste
Coriander Chutney - As Per Taste
Salt - as per taste


Method of preparation - For this, wash the urad dal thoroughly and soak it overnight. And in the morning remove the water and grind coarsely in the grinder. Use minimum water while grinding lentils. Now after that add salt and asafoetida to the powdered lentils and beat the lentils manually. Keep in mind that the pulses are very well beaten, only then you will become very soft. After this, you can make it as big as you want, round, thin as you want. Now heat the oil in a pan and if you want to make it by hand, take a little pulse on the fingers, now pierce it in the middle of the thumb and gently pour it into the hot oil. If you are not making it by hand, you can also make a clean cloth or polythene over the bowl. Keep in mind that you should hold the cloth or polythene from the top and hold it from the back with your hand so that it tightens on top of the bowl. Now apply a little water on it, and put a little pulse from the fingers on it, spread the pulses by hand and make a hole in the middle with the finger, now lift it slowly and put it in the oil.

Now heat the water in a pan 2 hours before eating. After this, when your water gets hot, then put it in it and cover it from above (the bigger you are going to eat at that time, just put in the remaining hot water in the remaining one box and keep it in the fridge and when Even if you want, take it out and soak it in water) Let it remain immersed in hot water for 20-25 minutes, till then we prepare the rest of the ingredients. Slice the coriander and tamarind chutney. And the curd should also be diluted or else the big curd will not be able to absorb well. After this, now take the elder between the two arms and press it lightly so that its water gets released. Similarly, squeeze out all the big light hands and take them out in a vessel (make sure that the utensil in which you keep the curd is not too deep, but it should be slightly spread so that it is well immersed in the curd and while serving Not very big) Now after that put all the curd on the top. The curd should be so that all the big ones get submerged (* The big curds soak a lot, so keep the curd a little) Now put tamarind chutney, coriander sauce, salt, red chilli, cumin powder on it.
