Green coriander 2 tsp (finely chopped.)

Salt to taste

Method of preparation for Kanda Poha: For this, heat oil in a pan, then season it with cumin seeds and curry leaves, after that add chopped green chillies, and chopped onions and fry for 5 minutes. After this, cover the lid by adding poha, salt, turmeric and sugar, and cook on a low flame for 5 minutes. Now add grated coconut and green coriander and then cook it for 3-4 to minutes on a flame by covering it on a low flame, serve it, we are sure that everyone will like it very much.
