Leh: With the removal of Section 370 of the Constitution from Jammu and Kashmir and the formation of a Union-ruled state of Leh-Ladakh, the restrictions imposed by the government in the Valley have been gradually relaxed. Mobile services have been resumed in some areas of Jammu. The country's Union Defence Minister Rajnath Singh has arrived in Ladakh on Thursday after the removal of Section 370. Rajnath Singh inaugurated the Kisan-Jawan Science Fair there.

A large number of locals, as well as young men, were present at the opening ceremony. Rajnath Singh addressed farmers, youth and people who have done commendable work in the field of science. In his address, Rajnath Singh targeted Pakistan and said, "I want to ask Pakistan when was Kashmir your, so why are you crying about it? When Pakistan is formed, we respect your existence. Pakistan has no place in this matter."

Referring to the meeting of the jawans during the event, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh said, "I first expressed my desire to see that situation in Siachen after assuming the ministry. I am amazed at his work. Smiling in difficult circumstances I saw him, he is not an ordinary human being. I told him that I am going back and I will send a letter to your house that I am together and you are safe. I wrote to everyone that we are proud of your children."
