Dehradun: After some time, the festival of Rakshabandhan is coming. Meanwhile, in the post offices, seven counters have been installed for Rakhi regarding the Rakshabandhan festival. Every day more than two thousand people are sending rakhi through postal service. In view of the increasing crowd, the counter will remain open from 10 am to 10 pm in the GPO for the convenience of the common man. People are starting to arrive with Rakhi from 10 am in the same GPO in Clock tower.

Seven special counters have been installed for Rakhi post in GPO. There is a long queue in every counter from morning till evening. It is taking two to three hours to get the number of people. The GPO has decided to open the counter near the main gate from 10 am to 10 pm. People are posting rakhi till 10 pm. Every day between two thousand to 2500 ashes are being sent by post. A situation of clashes has been created in the branches of other post offices.

Meanwhile, cases of corona infection are increasing daily in Uttarakhand. On Monday, 302 infected cases were found while three infected people died. However, the cause of his death has been stated to be other disease. In Haridwar district, 118 coronas have been found infected in a single day. So far, the number of infected in the state has crossed 6300. According to the Health Bulletin released by the Health Department, 4026 samples have been found negative in the investigation report on Monday. Corona has been confirmed among 118 people in the Haridwar district. There are 78 infected contacts and 40 travel history.
