New Delhi: Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLA Atishi said in a vaccine bulletin that one day of covaxin and four days of covishield stock is remained after May 10 in Delhi. Delhi will have six days of Covaxin and five days of covishield vaccine for people above the age of 45 years.

He said that 'If the Delhi government does not get the vaccine, the vaccine centre will have to be closed from the evening of May 11 and the vaccination centre of covishield will have to be closed after four days. We hope that the Central Government will provide vaccine stock at the earliest'. Atishi further said that 47,980 doses of Covaxin and 2,26,480 doses of covishield were present till the morning of May 10 for youth between the ages of 18 and 44. Atishi said 2,23,750 doses of Covaxin and 2,43,440 doses of covishield were present for health care workers, frontline workers and people over the age of 45.

He said 38,96,550 vaccines had been used in all categories in Delhi by the morning of May 10. Explaining the infection and mortality rate, he said vaccination is being carried out in two categories. Health care workers, frontline workers and people over the age of 45 are being vaccinated in the first category.
