New Delhi: The whole world is eagerly waiting for the corona vaccine at this time. A major initiative has been taken in this direction in India. Here, the indigenous vaccine COVAXIN of Corona has started testing on humans. In the first phase, 375 volunteers will be given vaccine. Covaxin is to be tested on 100 volunteers at AIIMS Hospital in Delhi, out of which the first 50 people will be given a dose of vaccine. The first Covaxin in AIIMS is expected to be given on Thursday.

The commencement of the human trial of the Swadeshi Corona vaccine is considered to be a major step towards the ongoing fight against the corona in the country. Volunteers expressed their willingness to participate in a large number of trials on COVAXIN. Out of these 375 volunteers have been selected. All of these COVAXINs have to be tried. 100 people are to be tested in Delhi's AIIMS, while the remaining 275 people will be tested at other centers in the country.

100 volunteers have been selected for testing in AIIMS. Only the first 50 people will be given a dose of vaccine. If better results come, then the report will be sent to the data monitoring committee. If everything remains true, then the vaccine will be given to other people as well. It is being told that on Thursday or Friday this week, the first vaccine will be given under the first human trial.
