New Delhi: Shahrukh, who shot a pistol at a policeman during the Delhi violence, has been arrested by the police. The crime branch team of Delhi has arrested Shahrukh from Bareilly in Uttar Pradesh. At the moment, he is being questioned. Simultaneously, research has started for the people giving shelter to him.

During the Delhi violence, on 24 February, a young man fired 8 rounds in the Jafrabad area. This man had also pointed a pistol at a policeman during the shootout. This person had disappeared into the crowd while firing. This person was identified as Shahrukh. Delhi Police was engaged in searching for Shahrukh for many days. It was being told that he is a resident of Osmanpur police station in Delhi, but after the incident, he was absconding with his family. Crime Branch team of Delhi Police was looking for him.

Crime Branch got the news that Shahrukh is hiding in Bareilly. After this, Uttar Pradesh Police and Delhi Police together have arrested Shahrukh. He is currently being questioned. With this, the search for Shahrukh's helpers has also started.
