Delhi Chief Minister and Aam Adami Party supremo Arvind Kejriwal has sought a report on Rabea Girls' Public School issue where students were Kinden garden students allegedly confined in the basement of the premises on the grounds of default in the payment of school fees.

According to reports of ANI More than 15 kindergarten students from Rabea Girls' Public School were allegedly locked up in basement for not paying fees.

A parent told ANI that his 4-year-old daughter was punished by school authorities for not paying fees while fact is that he has already paid for next 6 months.

 On the other hand Farah Diba, Head Mistress,  Rabea Girls' Public School denied all allegations and said that Basement is  a place where the children play, there were 2 teachers watching them, they usually sit on the ground and the fan had gone for repair that day. She added that the allegations are wrong.

 On a related note Rabiya Girls Public School is located in Gully Qasim Jan in Balimaran. It is reported that when the school opened on Monday morning, at 6.45 in the morning parents of the nursery and KG class left children there.

Meanwhile, at around 12.30 pm, when they came to pick up their children, it was discovered that 59 girls were not in their class. When asked the staff, it was found that for not paying fees, these girls were kept in the basement of the school after the permission of HM Farah Diba Khan.

When the family reached there, they saw that the girls were sitting on the ground in a basement room. The family members alleged that there were no fans. Also, the small girls were hungry and thirsty and were in a bad condition. The girls started crying after seeing their families. When angry relatives tried to talk to HM, they ignored the family.
