New Delhi: Corona epidemic has taken a terrible shape in the national capital Delhi. A new record has been set in the case of everyday death due to infection in the capital. On Wednesday, the maximum number of 131 people died in one day from Corona. On Thursday, CM Arvind Kejriwal held a press conference. In this, he has informed about the strict steps taken by the government.

Kejriwal has said that now people who do not apply masks in the capital will be fined two thousand rupees. Till now this amount was 500 rupees. He said that this decision has been taken after discussing with the Lieutenant Governor. Those who do not apply masks in public places in Delhi will now have to pay a fine of Rs. 2000. Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal announced this on Thursday.

Kejriwal further said that earlier a fine of Rs 500 was imposed, but many people are still not wearing masks. For this reason, we are increasing the amount of fine to two thousand rupees. CM Kejriwal said that we want people to celebrate Chhath festival with pomp, but do not celebrate it in public places. He said that many state governments have banned him. We also want that the corona should not spread so you are requested to celebrate Chhath festival at home.
