Corona outbreaks in Delhi, many new cases surfaced

New Delhi: The total number of infected people has reached 4.09 lakhs after the maximum of 6,842 new cases were reported in one day of Coronavirus epidemic in the country's capital on Wednesday. For the first time in Delhi, more than 6,800 new cases of coronavirus infection have been reported. Earlier on Tuesday, 6,725 new cases of infection were reported in Delhi.

According to the latest figures released by the Delhi government, the death toll has risen to 6,703 after 51 more patients died due to infection. After screening 58,910 samples on Tuesday, the infection was confirmed in 6,842 people and the rate of infection increased to 11.61%. According to the Bulletin, 37,379 patients are currently undergoing treatment in Delhi. More than 5,000 new cases of infection were being registered in Delhi for five consecutive days till Sunday. The total number of infections in Delhi has reached 4,09,938.

In India, 83,63,412 people have been infected with Corona. 1,24,354 people have lost their lives due to the virus. However, it is a matter of relief that 77,10,630 have become healthy by defeating this virus. The number of people recovering from Corona in the country is more than the number of active cases. The total number of active cases is 5,26,807.
