The Delhi court today is all set to hear the National Herald matter. In the court, the accused had already filed their reply and opposed Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Subramanian Swamy's plea seeking to summon of witnesses.
Subramanian Swamy had submitted a list of witnesses and other evidence against the accused. However, his plea was dismissed by the court and it sought documents related to the case against Congress president
Sonia Gandhi and vice-president Rahul Gandhi along with other accused.
Swamy had earlier sought documents and ledger books maintained by the Congress and Associated Journals Limited.
