New Delhi: The first phase of the corona vaccination campaign is going to start from Tuesday in the national capital. Earlier, the Delhi government has made it clear that only the Serum institute vaccine will be installed at 75 vaccination centers. Bharat Biotech covaxin will be installed at six other vaccination centers. These are all central government hospitals. Only Kovichild's shots will be shot in Delhi government hospitals and private hospitals. While central government hospitals will only vaccinate Covaxin.

According to Delhi government health minister Satyendra Jain, "Such a clear classification has been done so that the two vaccines do not mix-up. The first dose of the vaccine that the beneficiary is involved in is also the second dose of the same vaccine. The vaccination center where the covaxin will be installed will not be installed and the covaccine will not be vaccinated where the covaccine is installed."

Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal had informed a few days ago that he had received 2.74 lakh vaccine supplements from the central government, which is sufficient for 1.2 lakh health workers. covishield, covaxin has been supplied in Delhi. A total of 8000 people will be vaccinated on the first day in Delhi. However, as vaccination begins, the number will increase. In the initial phase, nearly three lakh people are to be given vaccines on the first day across the country.
