New Delhi: In view of pollution problem in Delhi-NCR, guidelines have been issued. Diesel generators have been completely banned under the guidelines. Machines will be used for the cleanliness of the roads. The action plan of the Bhurelal Committee will be effective from October 15. A monitoring room will also be created to monitor this. The monitoring room will monitor the committee's instructions.
The Bhurelal Committee has taken several steps to reduce pollution under the Graded Response Action Plan. Diesel generator use has been abandoned for essential services. During construction of the highway and metro in NCR, the concerned departments will give undertaking to the State Pollution Control Committee. Under which he will have to give assurance to continue the construction work under the rules. The state pollution control committee will also have to assure the pollution does not increase for the industries coming in the Orange Red Room.
The action plan of the committee will be fully implemented. Under which, petrol will be done at night also. During the patrol it will be seen that the garbage is not being burnt by fire. Equipment will be used to control dust. Also, an attempt will be made to control pollution by using anti-smog guns. Pollution control action will be taken by identifying the more polluting hotspots.
