The bail cancellation hearing in relation to the Agusta Westland case has been adjourned today until 12 April by Delhi High Court. The former Indian Air Force (IAF) chief S.P Tyagi in his connection with the case was granted bail in December 2015 on security amount of rs 2 lakh.
The court while hearing the matter told Former chief to not leave Delhi and also should not tamper with evidence. The Central Bureau of Investigation last year in December urged the court to not disclose the evidence to anyone.
Mr. Tyagi is accused of influencing the deal in favour of Agusta Westland.
