The hearing on Central Bureau of Investigation plea on cancellation of bail to Former Air Chief S.P Tyagi and two other persons in connection with AgustaWestland Scam is postponed by the Delhi High Court till 25 January.
In the case, the Special court of CBI earlier on January 4 gave bail to Tyagi's Cousin Sanjeev Tyagi and lawyer Gautam Khaitan.
Last year, on December 9 the former Air Chief, Sanjeev Khaitan who is Tyagi's cousin and Gautam Khaitan were arrested.
