New Delhi: The shortage of oxygen in the country's capital Delhi continues for the fifth day today. The Delhi High Court has expressed displeasure over the disruption in the supply of oxygen. The Delhi High Court on Saturday said that if an officer of the Centre, state or local administration is obstructing the supply of oxygen, "we will hang that person". A bench of Justices Vipin Sanghi and Rekha Palli made the remarks while hearing a petition filed by Maharaja Agrasen Hospital.

The hospital has moved the high court over the lack of oxygen for critically ill corona patients. The court asked the Delhi government to tell who is disrupting the supply of oxygen and said we will hang that person. The bench said that we will not spare anyone. The court asked the Delhi government to inform the Centre about such officials of the local administration so that it can take strict action against them.

Tell me, there is a fight in Delhi for oxygen. In Delhi, 25 patients died due to a lack of oxygen at Jaipur Golden Hospital on Friday evening. This was informed by the hospital counsel in the High Court today. There are 215 corona patients admitted, many of whom are on oxygen support. Even today, there is a shortage of oxygen in the hospital and the lives of many patients are under threat.
