New Delhi: The Delhi High Court on Friday issued a notice to both on the petition of the Enforcement Directorate (ED) seeking dismissal of Chidambaram and his son's anticipatory bail in the Aircel Maxis case. Earlier, P. Chidambaram received a big blow from the Delhi High Court in the CBI case of INX Media rigging. The High Court has dismissed the bail plea of P. Chidambaram.

Actually, the High Court had reserved its decision after hearing the arguments of CBI and Chidambaram. Chidambaram had filed a bail petition in the CBI case and currently, Chidambaram is imprisoned in Tihar Jail in Delhi. Earlier, Chidambaram's lawyer Kapil Sibal had argued in his previous hearing before the High Court that he had never met Indrani Mukherjee.
