New Delhi: Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal celebrated Diwali this time in a unique way. The Diwali Puja performed by him was also aired on live TV. Now it has been revealed in an RTI that the Kejriwal government had spent 6 crores in this entire Diwali program. In an RTI filed by activist Saket Gokhale, the tourism department of Delhi government has replied.

Saket Gokhale tweeted in this regard that, 'Delhi government spent about 6 crores of taxpayers in their Lakshmi Puja event, this event of Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal was shown live on 14 November.' Saket Gokhale claimed that Rs 6 crore was spent for the 30-minute event, which costs 20 lakh rupees a minute. The Delhi government on Diwali this year had requested people not to burn firecrackers and to participate in the pooja organized by the government for pollution-free Diwali.

In Delhi's Akshardham temple, Arvind Kejriwal, his family and the entire Friendship was worshipped, which was broadcast on the scheduled time. After this revelation in response to RTI, the Delhi government has come under the target of opponents. Congress leader Anil Kumar has said that the government is unable to pay salaries to doctors, nurses and other health workers, they are going on strike, but in this way, they are spending money in their campaign.
