At the same time, AAP's Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh said that the arrest of Vijay Nair by the CBI is a result of the desperation of the fear of defeat in Gujarat. AAP running away from answering on liquor scam in Delhi:-

But, the Delhi government was accused of scam under the new liquor policy and the LG ordered a CBI inquiry into it. As soon as the order of inquiry was issued, the Kejriwal government got nervous and announced to implement the old policy back. But did not tell why he has taken this U-turn. After this, when the CBI investigation started against Deputy CM Manish Sisodia, Kejriwal started accusing the opposition party every day to divert attention from the allegations against himself. Now that arrests are being made in the liquor scam, Kejriwal is still trying to take political advantage by showing the fear of arrest to his workers.
