New Delhi: Delhi Police Commissioner has said that no miscreants who committed violence in Delhi will be spared under the guise of tractor parade on Republic Day national festival. Stringent action will also be taken against the farmers' organisations and the leaders who are found to be involved in the violence.

The Delhi Police Commissioner was addressing a press dialogue, while he said that the leaders found guilty will also be arrested if required. The police commissioner further said that the farmer leaders have broken the trust and have hurt the dignity of the country for which stern action will be taken against them. The police commissioner said that while we were engaged in security, the farmers' organisations were conspiring with violence, the input of which we had received on the night of 25th.

The commissioner of police said that even after receiving input from the violence, we allowed restraint and tractor parade, but first of all, the farmer leader Satnaam Singh Pannu and Darshan Pal Singh from the Singhu border started the rally by breaking the barricades at 9 o'clock before the stipulated time and sat at Mukarba Chowk.
