New Delhi: IRCTC scam case will be heard in Delhi's Rause Avenue Court on Monday. Earlier, in the last hearing, the CBI had filed its case before the court for prescribing charges against the accused Lalu Prasad Yadav, Rabri Devi, Tejaswi Yadav and other accused. Earlier, the court had clarified that both the CBI and ED will hear the case separately.

Earlier, in both the cases related to the scam, Lalu and family were granted relief from Patiala House Court where Lalu Prasad Yadav was granted interim bail by the court in both the cases. On the other hand, Tejaswi Yadav and Rabri Devi were granted final relief by the court till January 19 in the money laundering case. Lalu Yadav appeared in the court through video conferencing. Tejaswi and Rabri Devi personally appeared in court.

The court had said that the papers would be retrenched on January 19. On October 6, the court had granted bail to Rabri Devi, Tejaswi Yadav and the rest of the accused in the CBI case. The CBI had protested against the regular bail in the court saying it could affect the investigation.
